This autumn/winter, we’re valuing seasonality and sustainability across our cafés and restaurant, offering a wide range of menu items that use seasonal fruits and vegetables and British-grown produce.

As we meander through each month, a key, seasonal ingredient takes the spotlight across our centres, read below for a full list of our specials –

September – Raspberries

This month, we are incorporating this much loved fruit into our sweet treats, raspberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamins C & E.

October – Butternut Squash

Rich in vitamins, minerals and disease fighting antioxidants, used as a warming, main component in our October dishes.

November – Carrot

A staple, source of fibre & potassium. We couldn’t celebrate autumnal veggies without a firm favourite. Vegan and Gluten Free alternatives available too.
