Arthurs Restaurant at Coolings is much-loved by our customers, for its reputation of serving delicious and fresh seasonal recipes.
This traditional Kentish Barn-themed building has an orangery overlooking a picturesque 1-acre garden and our production nursery, the perfect place to unwind. When the weather is good enjoy dining alfresco with picnic tables and a large patio area in Arthurs garden. At the front of Arthurs, we have our terrace which overlooks our plant area and is a dog-friendly area.
Arthurs has its own kitchen garden and daily menus are created with local, fresh and seasonal produce. We serve breakfast from 9.00 am – 10:50 am daily, and lunch from 11.30-3:00 pm. Our light lunch menu includes hot meals, classic dishes, lighter bites, salads and sandwiches.
Visitors love our cake counter, with delicious sweet treats baked by Head Baker Jennifer and her team each morning. As well as our famous scones, there are tarts, cakes, cupcakes, brownies and many more to choose from, we’re sure you will find something you love!
Afternoon Tea
We serve afternoon tea Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) after 2pm, subject to availability, these must be pre-booked through Arthurs directly. The delicious afternoon tea consists of a selection of teas, finger sandwiches with a variety of fillings, delicate pastries, cakes and signature scones, you certainly won’t go home hungry!
