- Details: 'Bell Bank' is a compact, clump-forming perennial to 45cm tall, 40cm wide, with lobed basal leaves and reddish-brown stems bearing several, slightly nodding, bell-shaped, semi-double coppery-pink flowers in late spring. The bells open wide at maturity, the overlapping petals giving a frilled appearance and surrounding a boss of yellow and brownish stamens. Buds are deep reddish-brown. Feathery seed-heads may follow, but are sterile
