Thompson & Morgan Squash Honeyboat

One of the sweetest squash varieties available. Cylindrical-shaped fruits have a pale tan skin with green stripes which fade once the fruit has ripened. Orange flesh. Fruits average 15-20cm (6-8in) in length and 500-600g (1-1¼lbs) in weight. Bake in the skin, which is edible when cooked, or cut the rich orange flesh into chunks for roasting. Peel if steaming for mash.
