Description
A superb alternative to white cauliflower, with attractive florets in an unusual lime-green colour. The crisp, tasty heads measure 15-23cm (6-9") across, and mature in autumn from a May sowing. Once the main heas has been harvested, the plant will produce several smaller heads over the next few weeks. Summer/Autumn maturing. Growing Information Sow in a seedbed outdoors March-May and later transplant to their final positions. Alternatively, sow January-February under glass. (20-26 weeks maturity.)
