Description
Description
Fully double, deep red, spherical flower heads, held well above the foliage. Equally good in borders or containers, long-blooming and ideal for cutting. Height 25-30cm (10-12"). HHA - Half hardy annual. Growing Information Using a good quality, moist seed compost, sow your seeds in a propagator and cover with a light sprinkling of vermiculite or soil. Place on a windowsill or in a greenhouse at approximately 18-21°C (65-70°F) to germinate (usually 14-21 days). Do not exclude light, as this helps germination. Transfer seedlings when large enough to handle into seed trays 5cm (2") apart and grow on in good light. Gradually acclimatise to outside conditions before planting out 25cm (10") apart after all risk of frost has passed.
