- Senecio rowleyanus is a wonderful succulent with amazing, trailing stems of oval, bead-like leaves, each with a vertical, semi-translucent line running to its tip which assists photosynthesis. Flowers appear on tall, slender stems as small, white fuzzy daisies.
- Sold in 9cm nursery pot
- Light: Senecio rowleyanus enjoys bright, indirect light through to partial shade. Avoid exposing your plant to harsh midday sunlight, but some morning or late afternoon sun would be a bonus.
- Watering: Senecio are very drought tolerant, storing water in their leaves. Allow the soil to dry out between watering. Do not overwater or allow the plants to sit in water.
- Humidity: The Senecio rowleyanus does fine in average home humidity, but will thrive in slightly more humid environments such as the kitchen or bathroom or with the occasional misting.
- Additional Care Advice: String of Pearls is fast-growing and typically reaches an ultimate height and length of 1 metre. Simply trim to desired length if stems become too long or straggly.

An unusual succulent with pendent, thread-like stems of bright green, bead shaped foliage and cinnamon scented flowers in summer. H&S: 8cm x 60cm. Brightly lit spot with some sun. Water when compost is almost dry and sparingly in winter. Min temp 50°F / 10°C.
