- Opuntia microdasys, also known as the Bunny Ears Cactus, looks cute but don’t be fooled. Although the soft, fuzzy-looking glochids appear inviting compared to the long spines commonly seen in other members of the cactus family, we recommend handling this Bunny with extra care.
- Sold in 8.5cm nusery pot
- Light: They thrive in full sun but handle partial shade as well. If you’re going to grow indoors, a south-facing window is best.
- Watering: Water once the soil begins to dry out, do not overwater. Soil: Use a well-drained houseplant compost
- Humidity: Requires warm, dry conditions and does not tolerate frost or excess humidity
- Additional advice: The bunny ears cactus should be repotted every 2-3 years
