'Blue Monrovia' is an upright, bushy, borderline hardy, semi-evergreen to evergreen shrub or shrubby perennial with ovate, aromatic, grey-green leaves and upright racemes of whorled, two-lipped, purple-blue flowers from summer into autumn. H&S: 1m x 1m
