Peach ‘Redhaven’ is a popular variety producing good crops of particularly flavoursome fruits in early August. The rosy-skinned peaches have a rich, intense flavour with firm, yellow flesh and a free stone that falls cleanly away from the flesh. Peach ‘Redhaven’ is best eaten fresh from the tree, but can also be cooked in baked desserts and other recipes.
