- Decidous climber about 2.4m tall, with mid green leaves and double, pale lavender-mauve flowers that fade to pale blue, 15cm across with creamy-yellow anthers, composed of layers of long tepals, progressively shorter towards the middle, and occasionally a collar of lilac-green tepals, flowering late spring to early summer and again in late summer.
