- Clivia make striking plants for the house and conservatory. They are grown for their bold strap-shaped, dark-green leaves and trumpet-shaped red, yellow, orange or cream flowers borne in groups on stout stems. Clivia are evergreen perennials with swollen bulb-like bases and originate from low-altitude woodlands in South Africa

- Light: Bright indirect sunlight.
- Watering: Keep soil moist at all times. Its a good idea to use a pot with drainage holes to prevents soggy potting mix
- Humidity: Humidity tends to plummet indoors in the winter, so its a good idea to use a pebble tray or a cool mist room humidifier
- Additional advice: Feed every 2 weeks spring to autumn. Stop feeding in winter
