Popularly known as 'mosssy saxifrages' because of their neat hummocks of fresh green leaves which are topped in Spring with rose pink flowers on short stems. Flowering height 10cm. The classic rock garden plant, this Saxifrage will also grow in border edges or alongside paths. It's best grown in a not-too-dry, not too hot position and prefers a lightly shaded spot.
