- Upright perennial succulent with almost cylindrical, grey-green leaves spotted red-brown and producing plantlets at the tips of the leaves; panicles of tubular or bell-shaped purple-grey to pale orange-yellow flowers are borne in late winter and early spring
- Light: Place in a bright location indoors, anywhere where there is plenty of light. Try an east facing window. A south and west facing window may also work. Prepare to move the plant around a few times to find the best spot.
- Watering: Water once the soil begins to dry out, do not overwater. Soil: Use a well-drained houseplant compost
- Humidity: The ideal temperature for this succulent is between 60°F and 71°F (16 ºC and 22 ºC). Can tolerate mild frost and slightly freezing temperatures but only for short periods of time.
- In the growing season feed with liquid fertiliser 2 or 3 times.

Description
An unusual succulent producing plantlets at the tips of the grey-green foliage. Striking panicles of purple bell-shaped flowers in February-March. H&S: 90cm x 30cm. Well drained soil in sun to part shade. Protect from frost.
