Epsom Salts provide a rapid cure for magnesium deficiency in plants. Magnesium is vital for the production of chlorophyll without which plant foliage will turn brown and wither. The early symptom of this deficiency is a yellowing between the veins on older leaves. Tomatoes and house plants can be particularly susceptible to this problem. Vitax Epsom Salts provide a simple and very effective remedy. Apply as soon as the problem is spotted. Can be used at any time throughout the growing season. Best applied dissolved in water at the rate of 20g per litre of water. Apply direct to the leaves with a sprayer or watering can. Epsom Salts can also be used as a base dressing, worked directly into the soil. Contains Magnesium Sulphate. Always read the label on your purchased product before use.
