Nitrogen encourages growth and rich green foliage and slow release phosphate promotes vigorous root development. The potash helps improve flower colour and the ripening of fruit and vegetables. Blood, Fish and Bone can be applied prior to sowing or planting and as required throughout the growing season. When using prior to sowing or planting, use 140 grams per square metre, lightly fork or rake into the soil. As a top dressing, apply 70 grams per square metre around the plants, and lightly fork in.
