Introducing Cooling’s Enchanted Grotto!
We have been working hard with Santa and his little helpers to ensure we provide good boys and girls with a truly memorable Christmas experience. Whilst we don’t want to give too much away as everyone loves a surprise at Christmas, we want to give you an idea of what to expect and assure you that the whole experience has been created with your safety at the forefront of our minds.
Start your magical journey with a walk through our enchanted woodland forest and enjoy the magical lights.
The cheeky elves will then welcome you into Santa’s Grotto where you will be met by a Pixie Elf who has a very special friend for you to meet, Snowy the Barn Owl. There will be an opportunity to learn about this bird of prey and have a professional photo taken as a souvenir (professional photos can be viewed and purchased at the exit to the Grotto).
Next, you’ll wander through the magical snow cave before arriving at Santa’s Village where there will be a craft activity and opportunity to take your own photos by the Coolings Express Train.
Mrs Claus will be next to meet you in her busy Christmas kitchen. Help her make reindeer food for Rudolph and his friends and post your letter to the North Pole.
You will then be invited into Santa’s cabin where you and your family will get to meet Santa - tell him your Christmas wishes and have a professional photo taken with him.
Lastly, visit Santa’s workshop where the elves have been busy making presents for you to choose from (age related as per booking).
As you exit Santa’s workshop, there will be an opportunity to view and purchase photos taken from your experience. There will be individual items for sale plus the opportunity to buy our special photo packages for you to share with your family, which will include a free digital download.
The experience doesn’t end with seeing Santa, your ticket also includes free entry to Willow’s Nature Trail on the day of your visit (unless your ticket is booked after 3.00pm your visit can be redeemed on another date throughout December and January). See wallabies, chipmunks, alpacas, birds of prey and more as you make your way around the 7 acre trail.
Tickets cost £16.50 for children, and £5.50 for adults and include entrance to Willow’s Nature Trail.
Spaces are limited and pre-booking is advised. All children must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.
