- Recognisable by its bright ornate arrangement, the Sansevieria Golden Flame is one of the more decorative snake plants. Drawing its name from the structure of sabre-like leaves lancing out from a central rosette, this proud plant is ablaze with a golden-yellow centre, contrasted against the outer green and silver tiger-striped variegation
- This plant has air purifying benefits, it filters toxins and improves the quality of air in our homes. Houseplants have also been known to reduce stress and anxiety.
- Light: Sanseviera trifasciata Golden Flame does best in moderate to bright, indirect light, but can also adapt to low light conditions if preferred
- Watering: Allow the soil to dry out completely before watering. Water thoroughly and allow to drain freely. Do not allow the plant to sit in water as this will cause root rot
- Humidity: This Snake Plant will do fine in normal household humidity. Avoid humid locations but if brown tips develop, consider occasional misting
- Additional advice: A slow growing plant which typically reaches an ultimate height of around 80cm and may spread up to 30cm
