  • A dwarf shrub of bushy growth with plentiful dark foliage and clusters of semi-double, orange-yellow flowers 4cm in width, flushing pink with age from summer to autumn.
  • Foliage: Deciduous. Plentiful dark green foliage. Habit: Bushy.
  • Needs full sun.
  • Soil: Chalk, clay, loam, or sand. Moisture: Moist but well-drained or well-drained. pH: Acid, alkaline, or neutral.
  • Ultimate height: 0.1-0.5m. Time to ultimate height: 2-5 years. Ultimate spread: 0.1-0.5m.
  • Released 1987. Grow in full sun with fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil. For best flowering apply a balanced fertiliser and mulch in late winter or early spring and a balanced fertiliser again in early summer. Propagate by hardwood cuttings in autumn or by chip budding in summer. Diseases: May be effected by black spot, rose rust, and rose powdery mildew. Suggested planting locations: City and courtyard gardens, cottages and informal gardens, patio and container plants, and flower borders and beds.
