  • Sansevieria trifasciata Laurentii is probably the most recognisable and popular Sansevieria houseplant with its mottled grey-green leaves and creamy-yellow margins.
  • This plant has air purifying benefits, it filters toxins and improves the quality of air in our homes. Houseplants have also been known to reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Light: Thrives in moderate to bright, indirect light enviroments, but can also adapt to low light conditions if preferred
  • Watering: Water once the soil begins to dry out, do not overwater. Soil: Use a well-drained houseplant compost
  • Humidity: Avoid humid locations but if brown tips develop, consider occasional misting
  • Additional advice: A slow growing plant that typically reaches an ultimate height of around 75cm to 1m.

An excellent foliage plant with stiff, sword-like leaves and sprays of small, fragrant flowers in favourable conditions. Tolerant of a wide range of conditions. Prefers bright light with some sun. Allow compost to dry out slightly between waterings, only water every month in winter. Min temp 50°F / 10°C.
