We are delighted to have been awarded Silver in 2022, and Highly Commended in 2023 for the Greatest Garden Centre Grotto Team in the Greatest Christmas Awards. We have been working hard with Santa and his little helpers to ensure we provide good boys and girls with an even better experience for 2024! Whilst we don’t want to give too much away as everyone loves a surprise at Christmas, we wanted to give you an idea of what to expect.
Step into a whimsical wonderland with our Candyland Christmas Grotto Experience!
Begin your enchanting journey at Santa’s Factory, where you’ll team up with the cheerful elves to find the lost key and unlock the magic within. Earn your golden ticket and proceed to the festive bakery, helping gather ingredients to make a special cake for Santa.
Next, embark on a delightful boat ride along the chocolate river where the brave among us can feel their way to finding a hidden special ticket, granting you an extra surprise gift! Continue your adventure in the cosy kitchen, where you’ll create reindeer food to ensure Santa’s sleigh is well-fueled for its journey.
Finally, visit Santa in his charming cabin, where you’ll exchange your golden ticket for a toy token to spend in the toy workshop, completing your magical Candyland adventure. Join us for a festive, interactive experience filled with wonder, joy, and holiday cheer!
Photo Souvenirs
As you exit Santa’s Workshop, you can view and purchase the photos taken during your experience. There will be individual items for sale, such as prints and keyrings, and the opportunity to buy special offer photo packages for you to share with your family or give as a gift this Christmas.
Free Entry to Willows Birds of Prey & Wildlife Trail
The experience doesn’t end with seeing Santa, your ticket also includes free entry to Willows Birds of Prey & Wildlife Trail on the day of your visit (unless your ticket is booked after 3.00pm your visit can be redeemed on another date throughout December 2024 or January 2025). See wallabies, chipmunks, alpacas, birds of prey and more as you make your way around the 7 acre trail. Please note you will receive your free entry voucher code in your Grotto ticket confirmation e-mail.

Under 12 months: from £4.95 to £5.95 each
Adults: from £5.00 to £8.00 each
Tickets include entry to Willow’s Birds of Prey & Wildlife Trail (voucher code e-mailed with your booking confirmation).
Spaces are limited and pre-booking is essential. All children must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.
