Jasmin’s Tea Room is a welcoming, independent tea room located within Coolings Garden Nursery in Bearsted, Kent. With a calm and friendly atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to relax after browsing the nursery or to enjoy a peaceful catch-up over tea and cake.

Open seven days a week, Jasmin’s Tea Room serves a tempting selection of hot drinks, freshly made toasted sandwiches and light bites throughout the day. Alongside this, there is always a delicious range of cakes available, making it an ideal stop for elevenses, lunch or an afternoon treat.

Whether you’re visiting on your own, meeting friends or taking a break during a family outing, Jasmin’s Tea Room offers a comfortable space to unwind and enjoy simple, well-made food in a cosy setting.

Please note: Jasmin’s Tea Room is owned and managed separately from Coolings. This means that Coolings Family catering vouchers cannot be validated at Jasmin’s Tea Room. They can, however, be used in any of the cafés on our other sites.

Nestled within Coolings Garden Nursery in Bearsted, Kent, Jasmin’s Tea Room is a small independent spot, open seven days a week. Opening an hour after Coolings, we welcome you from 10:00am until 4:00pm, with a slightly earlier close at 3:30pm on Sundays, making it the perfect place to pause during your visit.

We offer a comforting range of hot drinks, freshly prepared toasted sandwiches and light bites, ideal for a relaxed catch-up or a quiet moment to yourself. Whether you’re popping in mid-morning or stopping for a late lunch, there’s always something delicious to enjoy.
