Our Story
We’re Richard and Megan, a husband and wife team with a shared love for real, honest baking. Our little artisan bakery was born from a simple passion of wanting to bake & sell fresh produce for the community.
Every morning, long before the sun rises, Richard is in the bakery at 3am shaping, proving and baking so that our customers can enjoy true fresh bread and pastries each day.
We’re proud members of the Real Bread Campaign, committed to crafting sourdough the traditional way; using only organic flour, water, and salt. Like many, we grew tired of mass produced loaves that prioritise shelf life over flavour and nourishment. So in 2025, we took a leap of faith and opened the bakery, we transform the best simple ingredients into lovingly crafted bakes. We take pride in making everything from scratch, and are committed to great bakes each and every day.
We’re open Wednesday to Sunday from 9am, and hope our bakes bring a little joy to our visitors. We look forward to welcoming you.
