Coolings Feel Good Gardens – May

There is nothing quite as satisfying as growing your own – imagine the joy of tucking into your first roast dinner with home grown fluffy roast potatoes! Growing your own has many benefits, not only does it provide you with delicious fruit and veg saving you money on your food shop, but it also opens up the possibility of discovering more unusual varieties. Plus, it gets you outside which is great for mental health.

If you’re short on space, you can always grow your produce in pots like the Elho pots that we have used in the Coolings Feel Good Garden. If you don’t have a garden, you can use window boxes to grow herbs; they taste delicious and their scent will fill the room when the windows are open.

Share your ‘grow your own’ successes with us on Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #coolingsgc
