THE REFORMER STUDIO
The Studio is owned and managed by Helen Whitaker, founder and owner of Pilates in Sevenoaks. Here, we offer group classes on the Pilates reformer. These wonderful aids to movement, balance and strength were designed by Joseph Pilates, many years ago and most of the classical exercises that we teach are true to his originals. Ours are top of the range Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers, designed to balance your body by stretching tight tendons whilst strengthening your muscles, engaging you fully and happily for a whole hour, as frequently as you wish. We have six spaces in our small group classes.
LIVE ONLINE VIRTUAL STREAMED ZOOM CLASSES
We began delivering virtual streamed classes during lockdown and have been busy honing our teaching skills online since then. We are proud to offer traditional and contemporary Pilates mat classes, for all levels, with a maximum of ten pupils per online session. All our teachers are certified and trained to ensure you have the tuition and attention that you need, whether online or in person. Classes are friendly and welcoming and pre-booked via our web site.
We offer all of our timetabled classes as individual sessions, so you can try first to see if you like us and get along with the method and/or the apparatus/technology. However, if you purchase class credits in blocks, or take advantage of a monthly membership, you will find the prices to be to your benefit.
