Garden Horizons: Plants: The Wild and the Tamed

Course information

Held on Thursdays, with a choice of either a morning 9.30am – 12.30pm or afternoon 1pm – 4pm class

Starts Thursday 10th September 2020

Relax and have fun, learning in the company of fellow gardeners.

No exams, no pressure, no requirement for any prior course attendance.

What will I learn?

• Weekly plant identification
• 21st Century Garden Designers
• Native trees
• Growing crops: new and traditional techniques
• Growing herbs and their uses

Classroom days will include practical demonstrations.

This course includes ten full-day visits to gardens and places of horticultural interest. The days of the visits will run from 9am – 4pm.  The price includes all coach trips, but not entry to the gardens.
