Explore seven acres of beautiful woodland and discover meerkats, alpacas, ferrets, birds of prey and many other fascinating animals.
You can visit the Wildlife Trail on the same day as your Grotto experience or redeem your complimentary visit on another date throughout December 2026 or January 2027.
Please note guests booked into Santa sessions after 3:00pm will need to redeem their Wildlife Trail visit on an alternative date. Your voucher code will be included within your booking confirmation email.

Before You Book
A few important things to know before your festive adventure begins:
- The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
- The experience takes place at our Coolings Lifestyle site (TN14 7LJ) not The gardeners garden centre, please check navigation when inputting.
- All activities take place indoors, although guests will walk through the woodland to reach the attraction.
- Your booking time is your arrival time at the entrance to the experience, not the time you will meet Santa.
- We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your booked time slot.
- Families enjoy a private visit with Santa, although some sections of the experience are shared with other guests.
- You’re welcome to take your own photos throughout the experience, including during your visit with Santa.
