🎅 Santa Claus is coming to Coolings Lifestyle this Christmas!
This year, we’re bringing you a truly enchanting Traditional Christmas Experience, nestled deep within our twinkling woodland. Step into Santa’s Grotto, where the scent of pine fills the air and the magic Christmas comes alive all around you.
Our playful elves are busy sprinkling festive cheer, ready to sweep you away on a magical, immersive journey filled with wonder, laughter and a few sparkling surprises. Along the way, you’ll become part of a heartwarming Christmas tale – meeting a few of Santa’s special helpers including Penny Parcel the Postmaster, and Augustas the Postman…
…and it all leads to the most special moment of all… spending time with Santa himself.
Tickets include FREE entry to Willows Birds of Prey and Wildlife Trail even more reason to visit our award winning grotto. (Grotto Award Winner in the Greatest Christmas Awards 2022, 2023 and 2024).
Here’s a few thing you need to know before your unforgettable festive adventure beings:
Santa’s Grotto in the Woods Experience will last between 30-45 minutes and take place indoors. It includes your family’s personal visit to see Santa himself. This years’ experience is a theatrical immersive tale which includes some interactive activities. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early, as you won’t want to miss any of the show!
We welcome you to take your own photos throughout the experience, including your family time with Santa, taking the opportunity to capture special memories, please feel free to tag us on our socials, we would love to see them!
Our elves will guide individual families in to see Santa Claus before all children receive their gift, other parts of the experience are with other families.

Includes Free Entry to Willows Birds of Prey & Wildlife Trail
The experience doesn’t end with seeing Santa, your ticket also includes free entry to Willows Birds of Prey & Wildlife Trail on the day of your visit (unless your ticket is booked after 3.00pm your visit can be redeemed on another date throughout December 2025 or January 2026). See meercats, ferrets, alpacas, birds of prey and more as you make your way around the 7 acre trail. Please note you will receive your free entry voucher code in your Grotto ticket confirmation e-mail.
