WAGGLES PET EMPORIUM  - www.wagglespets.co.uk

  • Waggles are an independent, family-run pet retail business and have been trading since 2001. Over the past 16 years Waggles has grown to three retail outlets, consisting of busy shops in Bromley and West Wickham plus their new store located here onsite at Coolings Garden Centre.
  • The product range they offer includes all manner of pet related items from food to beds, toys, accessories and training aids. Products available on the market are endless and Waggles aim to provide a level of quality for all types of pets from dogs to chickens, cats to caged birds and all kinds of small animals. The Waggles team will always do their best to source just about any item a customer specifically wants and see every request as a challenge to be undertaken with a smile.
  • A busy home delivery service is available to many of their valued customers and they also have an ever-growing online sales presence. Home delivery requests can made by contacting home.delivery@wagglespets.co.uk or calling 01959 532 007. Their website is www.wagglespets.co.uk
  • Over the years, the unique customer service approach provided by Waggles has earned them many accolades, not just from individual customers but also, most recently, when they were enormously proud to win the 2016 Independent Retailer of the Year Award in the London Borough of Bromley.
  • Their mantra "Serving Pets and their People" is core to their customer service philosophy. They aim to offer an unbiased opinion, providing an extensive range of good quality but affordable products, as well as a loyalty programme rewarding customers for shopping with them. They only ever offer products and services of which they have personal experience and have used with their own extensive collection of much loved family pets.
  • Alongside their business operation, Waggles also work with several local animal charities to support them through collecting donations at all their stores. These charities include RSPCA, Last Chance Animal Rescue, Second Chance Animal Rescue, Foal Farm and Guide Dogs for the Blind. They give further support to Foal Farm by taking in donations of food and other items from the public which are then collected by the charity. For the past five years - and long before the current Government legislation - they have requested a charity donation from customers who require plastic bags for their purchases. 100% of the money collected goes to the chosen charity. Customers get to choose which charity they support with their donation and Waggles also feel they are making a small effort towards reducing the amount of plastic going into landfill.
  • Waggles make every effort to recommend local businesses to their customers, such as dog groomers, dog walkers, animal rehoming centres, animal behaviourists and training classes. All of these are personally known to them.
