We’re bringing the house down this July with our homegrown Flower Exhibition

It’s one of our favourite times of year, as we gear up to show off the best of what we’ve grown and sold this year here at our on-site Nursery at Coolings.   Last year our Railway Children exhibition was really well received but for 2018 we really will be telling some home truths as we proudly open the doors (literally) to our 14,000ft² House of Flowers on June 29th.

Many of our customers love telling us how at home they feel when they come to visit us, and now that many of you are part of our ‘Coolings Family’ we are celebrating by inviting you all to visit our homegrown flower spectacular, now in its 22nd year.

You will enter via the front garden, along the path and through the front door.  As you enter each room in our very colour co-ordinated house you will be filled with inspiration by the 300+ plants on display.

Designed and executed by Nicky Peto from our Plants team and her small team of helpers, the flower exhibition enables our visitors to see the wonderful selection of plants we stock and looking their very best.   There will even be some fun for our junior visitors to keep them entertained while the grown-ups enjoy the flowers!

This year our Summer Flower Exhibition will support our chosen charity which for 2018 is Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) in memory of Evan Shonfield who worked with us in Arthurs before his very sad and sudden death last year at the age of 20.

Our House of Flowers is completely FREE to enter and runs every day from 29th June until the 29th of July.  Just make sure you wipe your feet on the way in!
