| We always try and work as a team at Cooling and this enables us to achieve so much more and give you the customer a better service. Our team now consists of approximately 140 staff, this number however does vary depending on the time of year. By employing this many in our team it means there is always enough staff here at Coolings to help you when you visit. We also take training of our team very seriously making they are always highly trained and experts in their chosen field. Many in our team have the following qualifications:
But even with all this training nothing is better than hands on experience and years of practice. Many of our team have worked in the horticultural industry for decades. On our management team alone the department heads (11 of our team) have over 207 years of combined experience. Our directors ( So why not come and experience our award winning team for yourself. |
