Coolings Garden Centre - Kent

It's official - we are the greatest! In the annual awards organised by Garden Trade News, Coolings was voted ‘The Greatest Garden Centre Team 2009' in the Large Centre category.

The motivation behind the awards is to bring together the elite of the garden industry and the cream of the country's garden retailers and it is the public who decide the winners in a number of categories. This year over 11,000 garden centre customers took the time and trouble to vote for their favourite garden centre teams, so winning is high praise indeed.

This year's award follows from last year when we won ‘The Greatest Plant Sales Team 2008' as well as being highly commended in ‘The Greatest Garden Care Retail Team 2008', and now to be officially recognised as the best overall Garden Centre Team in the country for 2009 is brilliant. Being given this accolade is even more special knowing that it is our customers that are the ones who voted for us. At Coolings we pride ourselves on the high levels of customer service that we provide and believe that every customer's experience with us should be a pleasurable one- whether selecting from our extensive range of plants, enjoying an afternoon tea in delightful surroundings or simply asking our knowledgeable staff for some handy advice. The fact that our customers have been so impressed by the standard of our service that they took the time to fill in a voting slip for us is testament to the effort put in by every member of staff at Coolings.

Just because we have won this award doesn't mean we can rest on our laurels! We are always striving for ways to further enhance our service at Coolings, and with continued commitment from all our staff we hope that this award is another of many for years to come.
